Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the booking of tennis courts via tsmsokolvysocany.cz and the distance contracts for short-term use of the sports facility. Effective from 14 July 2026. The Czech version is authoritative.
1. Operator
The service is provided, and the seller (the buyer’s contracting party) is:
- TSM SOKOL VYSOČANY, z.s. (registered association)
- Company ID (IČO): 02278120
- Registered office: Novoškolská 696/2, Vysočany, 190 00 Prague 9, Czech Republic
- Registered in the register of associations kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. L 26305
- E-mail: rezervace@tsmsokolvysocany.cz
(hereinafter the “operator”).
The booking platform (tsmsokolvysocany.cz) is made available as an intermediary by Viktoriya Bon, company ID 21665885, with registered office at Sobí 1178/6, 198 00 Prague 9, acting in the name and on behalf of the operator. The payment for a booking is received by the intermediary and passed on to the operator; the price shown in the booking system is final and the intermediary adds nothing to it.
2. Service and price
The operator offers online booking of clay tennis courts at Novoškolská 696/2, Prague 9 — Vysočany. Courts are booked in hourly blocks during opening hours, 8:00–21:00.
The price is CZK 400 per court and hour between 8:00 and 14:00 and CZK 500 between 14:00 and 21:00, and is final. The price shown in the booking system at the moment of booking always applies.
You pay by bank transfer using the QR code we show after you pick a slot, or — on working days at the Vysočany venue only — in cash on site. Online card payment (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) is made on the secure Stripe payment page.
3. Conclusion of the contract
By selecting a slot and confirming the booking summary you conclude a contract with the operator for the use of the sports facility at the booked time. With cash payment the booking is confirmed immediately; with a bank transfer, once we verify the payment has arrived. We will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
With a bank transfer we hold the slot for 30 minutes: send the payment within that time and press “I have paid”. If you do not report the payment within 30 minutes, the hold is released and no contract is formed. If a reported payment does not arrive, we may cancel the booking.
The contract is concluded in Czech. Your bookings are available in your account under My bookings.
4. Payment
By bank transfer: after you pick a slot we show a QR code with the amount, the account number and a code to write in the payment message. In cash: on working days only (not on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) and only at the Vysočany venue, on site before play. By card online (including Apple Pay and Google Pay): after you confirm the booking we send you to the secure payment page of the payment processor Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland. You enter your card details there. We hold the court while you pay and the booking is confirmed once the payment is received.
5. Cancellation policy
You can cancel a booking in your account under My bookings. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the booked slot, we will refund the full amount paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, or failure to show up, are non-refundable.
Refunds are sent by bank transfer to the account the payment came from (for cash, to an account you give us), usually within 5 business days and no later than within 14 days. Card payments are refunded automatically to the card you paid with.
If we cancel your booked slot (for example for operational reasons or because the court is unplayable), we will refund your payment in full.
6. No right of withdrawal
A court booking is a contract for leisure-time services provided at a specific time. Under Section 1837(j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code, you therefore do not have the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers otherwise have for distance contracts. Your right to cancel free of charge under Article 5 remains unaffected.
7. Complaints
If the service was not provided properly (for example the court was not playable at the booked time), raise a complaint without undue delay by e-mail to rezervace@tsmsokolvysocany.cz. We will resolve the complaint within 30 days of its submission at the latest and inform you of the outcome by e-mail.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The body competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising from the contract is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, e-mail: adr@coi.gov.cz, web: adr.coi.cz. A petition may be filed within one year of the day you first asserted the disputed right with the operator.
9. Final provisions
The contract and these terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Nothing in these terms affects consumer rights arising from generally binding legislation.
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, available in the website footer.
The operator may amend these terms; the version effective at the moment a booking is made always applies to that booking.
